Grenache & Syrah.
25-year-old vines with manual harvest. Once the grapes have been de-stemmed and juice released it then spends 3 weeks in concrete tanks, then aged partly in four-season-old oak barriques. Bottled without filtering. The wines show a lightness in style with beautiful fruit and hints of licorice. A wine to be enjoyed young & with cheese.
